Privacy policy

Effective 12 September 2026

We store your account details, teacher profile, planning documents, uploaded source files, private feedback conversations, and billing records in order to run the service. PayPal collects and processes payment details on its own website. We store PayPal subscription and transaction references, payment amounts, currency, and status to manage access and receipts. Historical billing records may include card brand and last four digits; we do not collect card numbers or security codes. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic profile, email address, email verification status, and account identifier. We store the Google account identifier with your account so that you can sign in again. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your Google password, and do not retain Google access or refresh tokens. Google sign-in is optional; email and password registration remains available. Relevant portions of your reviewed curriculum text and unit context are sent to our AI provider to produce drafts. We do not send other users' content, your payment details, or your account credentials. Do not include student names or other personal data in uploads or class context. Shared documents are visible only to the named accounts you choose. Revoking a share stops future access but cannot recall PDFs already downloaded. Feedback conversations and replies are visible to the submitting account and administrators within the application. Contact support to request an export or deletion of your account data.
