Terms of service
The agreement between you and The AI Curriculum when you use the planning workspace. It is written to be read in a few minutes.
The service
The AI Curriculum provides planning tools for teachers. AI-generated drafts are suggestions that you must review before use. You remain responsible for what you teach.
Subscription and payment
The paid plan costs USD $9.99 per calendar month, or USD $79.99 per year, and renews automatically through PayPal after you approve the subscription. Both plans include the same monthly AI allowance; on the annual plan it renews each month of the paid year.
- Cancel future payments in Billing or in PayPal before the next billing date.
- The free trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
- Access ends at the close of an unpaid period. Your documents remain readable and exportable.
AI allowances
AI allowances are per billing period and do not carry over. Failed generations do not consume allowance.
Your content and sharing
Uploaded curricula remain yours. We process them solely to provide the service. You may share documents only with people entitled to see them.
Student data
Do not upload student personal data. Class context should describe needs, not individuals.
Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may cancel at any time, and paid access continues until the period ends.
